Alarm and security technology moves on so quickly. But that doesn’t mean you have to continually replace your alarms. Sometimes, a few simple upgrades can help preserve the life and effectiveness of your security systems.
Updating and repairing your existing alarms
If you think your alarm is getting a bit old and unreliable, let us know. You don’t even have to have bought it from us. We can have a look and advise you whether we think it needs to be replaced or just revamped.

Can we deal with any manufacturer’s alarm system?
Yes we can. Steve and our engineers have been working in the alarm business for nearly 20 years. In that time they have installed or worked on all of the manufacturers’ brands.
How quickly can we respond?
If there’s a problem with your alarm then you need to get it fixed quickly. Just give us a call on <insert number> and we’ll get out to see you just as soon as we can. We can usually make running repairs to get the alarm working to full or near-full potential there and then.
Can we work to a budget?
Definitely. What we try to do in most cases is work with what you’ve got. Provided your alarm system is in sufficiently good condition, we’ll use it. We will make any necessary upgrades or modifications, and enhance it however we can. We want you to be able to go on using your existing alarm system for as long as it provides absolute reassurance.
Can we change the way the alarm works?
Perhaps you want to change the area your alarm covers. Or you need to change the alarm settings. Or you want special night settings… That’s absolutely fine. We can do all of that too.
How disruptive will it be?
If you’ve got a wired alarm system, we can usually re-use the existing wiring, so there’ll be no disruption whatsoever.
If you’ve already bought an alarm or security system from us, you can talk to us about ongoing service and maintenance. Maybe you want an annual check-up for added peace of mind, or you’d like a little extra help with a new alarm system.
